At enDAQ, we are committed to providing high-precision sensing solutions. If your hardware does not meet your technical requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
Request an RMA
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the sensor, cables, and accessories in their original protective packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or mechanical damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the unit to our designated calibration and service center.
Inspection and Processing
Our engineers will inspect the device for functionality and calibration integrity before processing your refund or shipping your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
